Consumer guarantees & fair trading (NZ)
Services provided by Hypebargain are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable. If you are acquiring services for personal, household or family use those Acts may apply.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hypebargain's liability for any claim arising from the supply of services is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages, except where prohibited by applicable legislation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including certain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Copyright, IP & takedown
All materials produced by Hypebargain remain our intellectual property unless assigned in a written agreement. Client-provided assets remain the client's property. Copyright in final deliverables is dealt with in proposals and contracts.
If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work,
- Location of the infringing material,
- Contact details and a statement of good faith,
- Electronic signature of the rights owner or authorised agent.

Payments, GST & anti-money laundering
Invoices are payable within the terms specified on invoices. Hypebargain charges GST where applicable. We comply with applicable AML/CFT obligations and may verify payer identity for large transactions.
Payment disputes should be raised via email with supporting information. We reserve the right to suspend services until billing issues are resolved.
Banking
NZ bank details are provided on invoices. For wire transfers, include the invoice reference.
